Lost on the side of a mountain in ChinaA self-described wannabe of many things, Bryan can be found behind a camera, traveling to places he has never been, playing blog, looking at (and sometimes scrambling) mountains, not studying mandarin (but saying he does), considering urban phenomenon and issues, drinking coffee, drinking tea, collecting Starbuck city mugs and sampling different varieties of food all while wondering if he will ever ski again.

Originally from Northern British Columbia, Bryan finished an undergrad degree at UVic in Victoria, BC – and promptly ran away from Canada and spent four years in Nanjing, Jiangsu, P.R.C. During that time he found himself in many other strange places (Can you pronounce Urumqi?)  but now can be found furiously labouring away on an urban planning graduate degree at Queen’s University in the quaint and very Canadian city of Kingston, Ontario (where they don’t have a Starbucks city mug).
